Managers, LLC was founded by Jacqui Steele in 2005, after
acquiring over 16 years of experience managing construction projects
with a portfolio that includes new builds, renovations and additions
for a wide variety of public and private organizations. As President
and Chief Operating Officer, she has built a company from the ground
up that puts the needs of the client first.
The goal of the company is to simplify the construction
process, making sure that your projects are designed and built to
meet your requirements. From concept to construction through equipment
and furniture installation to warranty issues, Steele Program
Managers will be there to guide you through the process
with less risk and freeing your time to devote to company operations.
She has managed projects for MARTA, Hartsfield-Jackson
Atlanta Airport, Georgia Board of Regents, Spelman College, DeKalb
County Government, Thor Equities and the DeKalb County Board of
Education, just to name a few. She has a history of successful projects
built upon solid relationships and copperative involvement. The
company forms a strong coalition between all stakeholders, providing
channels for effective communication, creating projects that will
meet and exceed your highest expectations.

setting the pace with a new perspective on management. We offer
clients a complete selection of services which can be easily tailored
to specific project needs and budget. Our project teams draw upon
a broad array of in-house expertise.
Steele Program Managers is qualified
to help you with all your pre- construction needs, from conducting
pre-bid conferences, securing the bids, making recommendations for
the awarding of contracts, and securing the executed contracts,
bonds, certificates of insurance, zoning and permits, addressing
community issues to processing bids and selecting contractors. Steele
Program Managers has hands-on experience with construction
delivery methods including design-build, general construction and
construction manager. Our understanding of these delivery methods
allow us to recommend the most cost effective and efficient system
to our client.
